It all starts by getting in touch and letting us know how we can help your business. We’ll arrange an initial meeting to better discuss your goals and the design of your new website. If you need help with content, images, or branding, we will also look at this with you and be happy to incorporate it into your website.
Quote & Client Form
Once we understand your needs, we’ll provide a clear, no-obligation quote. If you’re just looking for a website build, this will be a one off payment. Hosting and maintenance are available as ongoing services to keep your site secure, updated, and running smoothly. At this stage, we’ll also complete a new client form and an agreement of services .
Website Design
From there, we’ll begin designing your new website, usually starting with the homepage. Once the initial design is ready, we’ll check in with you for feedback and make any adjustments to ensure the look and feel are spot on.
After that, we’ll move on to the remaining pages, keeping in touch throughout so everything comes together just the way you imagined. We include opportunities for revisions to make sure everything looks and works exactly as you’d like before launch.
Alongside the design, we’ll also start working on your SEO strategy - setting up page titles, meta descriptions, keywords, and more to help your site get noticed by search engines from day one.

Launch
When everything’s approved, it’s time to launch your brand new website! From there, we can either hand over full control to you or take care of the hosting and maintenance, so you can focus on running your business. If you need any support or guidance after launch, we are here for you.

Pricing and timelines vary depending on the size and complexity of your project. At SitesAhead, we value both quality and affordability. Smaller websites can sometimes be ready within a week, starting at around £350, while larger projects naturally take a little more time to perfect.
